Grain

Full Time Grain Elevator Operators | Johnson Creek, Westfield
Elevator Operators load and unload trucks, operate grain dryers, assist with grain handling. Perform maintenance and repairs to grain handling equipment. Some work is at elevated heights. Also, maintain the general appearance of the facility including elevators, grounds, and buildings. CDL a plus, with compensation commensurate with licensing and experience. Agricultural experience is a plus. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered.

Trucking

Over the Road (OTR) Truck Driver | Pulaski, South Beaver Dam
Pickup and deliver bulk grain or feed stuffs, fertilizer etc. according to schedule and on a timely basis on overnight routes. Interstate and intrastate pickup and delivery of semi hopper loads of grains and feedstuffs from Midwest vendors. Maintain necessary documentation. Follow all legal regulations and guidelines to maintain a commercial driver’s license. Perform daily truck inspections, informing supervisor of all needed maintenance and repairs.

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of verifiable experience operating a tractor trailer combination and have a class A CDL. An excellent driving record and demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability. 

Energy

Full-time Energy Delivery Drivers | Beaver Dam, Pickett, Shawano
United Cooperative is seeking an enthusiastic, performance-driven, full-time Delivery Driver. If you want to work for a great company where your experience and dedication make a difference, join our team.

Driver professionals load, secure, transport, deliver and unload propane to and from area destinations. Drivers inspect vehicles for needed routine maintenance and equipment changes. Preparation and maintenance of appropriate records and operation of truck in accordance with safety procedures and DOT requirements a must. Daily interaction with customers for exceptional customer service and delivery questions.

Applicants must be able to obtain a valid CDL class B with airbrake, hazmat and tanker endorsements and have a clean driving record. Occasional call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response. Must be able to periodically lift up to 60-75 lbs. and work independently. Employees must be at least 21 years of age to work with refined fuels. We are willing to train the right individual.
 

Energy Service Technicians | Greenville or Pickett
United Cooperative is seeking an enthusiastic, performance-driven, full-time Service Technician/Delivery Driver. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing superior customer service.

Technician/Delivery professionals load, secure, transport, deliver and unload propane to and from area destinations. Technicians maintain, service and deliver, when necessary, the company’s propane fuel equipment and products. Individuals install, repair and maintain propane tanks and cylinders, conduct propane system tests, ready installation for inspection and maintain safety and compliance records.  Drivers inspect vehicles for needed routine maintenance and equipment changes. Preparation and maintenance of appropriate records and operation of truck in accordance with safety procedures and all DOT requirements.

Applicants must be able to obtain a valid CDL class B with airbrake, hazmat and tanker endorsements and have a clean driving record. Job requires occasional call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response.

Feed

CDL Delivery Drivers (Local Routes) | Sauk City, Shawano, Wilton
United Cooperative has a full time Class B CDL driver position at our feed mill locations. This local driving position consists of regular weekly hours, M-F, home every night, no weekends, and limited, but some regular overtime hours. Successful candidates must have strong customer service abilities, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a class B CDL with air brake endorsement.

Feed Sales Specialist | Denmark

General Feed Mill Labor | Denmark, Sauk City
We have a full time general labor position at our feed mill location. Candidates must be reliable and have good math and customer service skills. Individuals will mix feed, work in our warehouse, drive forklift, handle 50 lbs. bags (or larger), and sometimes work at elevated heights. Computer systems knowledge and forklift experience is a plus. If you have an agricultural background and want to continue a career in agriculture, this might be a position for you.

Feed and Grain Location Manager | Denmark
Job duties include Feed and Grain management of location. Manage staff; coordinate customer communications, deliveries, and sales of products; manage receipt of grain from producers, create a plan for receiving, manufacturing, and shipping to efficiently meet customer needs; support and stress safety policies; and lead by example. The manager must also work with customers to increase sales and market share and encourage repeat business.

Successful candidate will be extremely organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is required, as well as knowledge of the feed and grain industry.

Managerial experience is required. Ability to take on additional responsibilities over time. Experience with profit responsibilities in prior roles. Be a Team Leader at the location.

Agronomy

Custom Sprayer Applicators | Auroraville, Beaver Dam, Johnson Creek, Mayville
Deliver and distribute agronomy products to producers. Operate spraying and spreading equipment and deliveries in an efficient manner. Mix fertilizer or chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy. Work with customers to resolve problems and report complaints if necessary. Present a professional image. Maintain application equipment and recommend replacement when necessary. Maintain fertilizer plant and warehouse as assigned. Class A or B CDL, Tanker or Hazmat endorsements a plus. 

Retail

Part-Time Convenience Store Associates | Greenville, Reedsburg
We have openings for part-time store associates at our United Cooperative convenience stores. Work in a friendly atmosphere with competitive starting pay and regular reviews and increases. Flexible schedules with afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered. Convenience store employees receive paid training, uniforms, and employee discounts on various food and beverages. United Cooperative is a drug-free workplace. Employees may be randomly drug tested.
 
Part-time Hardware Sales Associate | Greenville
(Flexible - 27 hours per week or less)
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, is reliable and hard-working, and can perform cashier and other customer service duties. This position may require about 27 hours/week or less, including flexible shifts and weekend hours.
