Custom Sprayer Applicator/CDL Driver | Greenville, Reedsburg
Deliver and distribute agronomy products to producers.  Operate spraying and spreading equipment and deliveries in an efficient manner.  Mix fertilizer or chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy.  Work with customers to resolve problems and report complaints if necessary.  Present a professional image.  Maintain application equipment and recommend replacement when necessary.  Maintain fertilizer plant and warehouse as assigned.  Must be reliable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Class A or B CDL, Tanker or Hazmat endorsements a plus.  Experience required.  Competitive compensation with Profit Sharing Bonus and acreage bonus.

Full-time Energy Delivery Driver | Greenville, Hillsboro
United Cooperative is seeking an enthusiastic, performance-driven, full-time Delivery Driver.  If you want to work for a great company where your experience and dedication make a difference, join our team.

Professionals load, secure, transport, deliver and unload propane to and from area destinations.  Drivers inspect vehicles for needed routine maintenance and equipment changes.  Preparation and maintenance of appropriate records and operation of truck in accordance with safety procedures and DOT requirements a must.   Daily interaction with customers for exceptional customer service and delivery questions.

Applicants must be able to obtain a valid CDL class B with airbrake, hazmat and tanker endorsements and have a clean driving record.  Occasional call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response. Must be able to periodically lift up to 60-75 lbs. and work independently.  Employees must be at least 21 years of age to work with refined fuels. We are willing to train the right individual.

United Cooperative is looking for a self-motivated leader to manage our Wyocena, Wisconsin Cenex Convenience Store.  The ideal candidate will have excellent people-management skills as well as a proven track record of sales and profitability growth in a retail-store setting.


Communications Specialist | Beaver Dam
Support the overall marketing communications strategy in alignment with United Cooperative’s mission and vision. Provide insight and tactical support for United Cooperative’s communications and brand image planning, budgeting, execution and measurement. Compile content for employee newsletter and customer newsletters. Develop corresponding communications or marketing messages for electronic and social media. Execute and measure electronic and social media for media relations news content. Execute/measure electronic news release submission according to content plan. Create internal and external event plan as outlined for United Cooperative to achieve its mission, vision and goals; collaborate with leadership on execution of events as identified in plan.

2 years of experience in a communications or marketing field; Agriculture or cooperative experience is a plus; Candidates with a bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or agriculture will be highly considered for the role.

Administrative Assistant/Scale Room Operator | South Beaver Dam
Duties include the weighing of inbound/outbound grain and fertilizer trucks and grading of grain. We will train to grade grain, weigh trucks and run other tests. Customer contact skills are necessary as well as some basic administrative experience. Other duties include a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting customers and working with drivers, and other miscellaneous duties. Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, multi-tasking, detailed and accurate record-keeping is required. Experience working with excel spreadsheets, 10 key calculator, 2-way radio communication and other Microsoft processing a plus.


Feed Mill Lead Operator | Shawano
United Cooperative has an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our cooperative team as a Feed Mill Lead Operator at a new Feed Mill facility in Shawano, WI. As this facility matures and business grows, opportunities for advancement are available.

Job Summary: Assure the accurate mixing and delivery of bulk or bagged feed and related products to help optimize the cooperative’s market share, improve efficiency, help achieve the location goals, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities includes the computerized mixing of feed products to specifications in a highly computerized operations environment, help with the daily supervision of labor to ensure efficient use of time and resources, help maintain proper inventories, provide sales and service to customers, help facilitate proper maintenance at the location and support a safety culture at all times at the plant. Maintain a positive attitude promoting teamwork that translates into outstanding service and products for the customer.

General Feed Mill/Grain Labor | Denmark
United Cooperative has a full time general labor/grain labor position at our Denmark, WI feed mill and grain location. Successful candidates must have good personal math skills, strong customer service abilities, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to mix feed, handle 40-50 lbs. bags (or smaller) on a regular basis; load and unload trucks and railcars; operate grain drying equipment; work at elevated heights; climb ladders frequently; A Class A CDL a plus. Computer systems knowledge is a plus.

United Cooperative is seeking general feed mill labor at our Sauk City feed mill. Successful candidates must have good personal math skills, strong customer service abilities, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals must be able to handle 60-pound bags (or smaller) on a regular basis; work at elevated heights; and climb ladders frequently. Prior agricultural or feed mill experience is preferred.

Over the Road (OTR) Truck Driver | South Beaver Dam
Pickup and deliver bulk grain or feed stuffs, fertilizer etc. according to schedule and on a timely basis on overnight routes. Interstate and intrastate pickup and delivery of semi hopper loads of grains and feedstuffs from Midwest vendors.  Maintain necessary documentation.  Follow all legal regulations and guidelines to maintain a commercial driver’s license.  Perform daily truck inspections, informing supervisor of all needed maintenance and repairs.

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of verifiable experience operating a tractor trailer combination and have a class A CDL.  An excellent driving record and demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.
