2020 Annual Meeting & Report

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual meeting was recorded to limit the number of people at the event for the safety of other members, board members, and our employees.

Purpose of the Meeting:

1. To review the board of directors’ and management report on the business year, Jan. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020
2. To present board election results
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before an annual meeting of its members

Meeting Highlights:

• Robin Craker & Greg Tauchen were re-elected to the Board of Directors
• Jordan Crave won the election against Anthony Schadt
• David Cramer reported that your cooperative recorded revenues of $752,479,136 dollars and generated $32,078,807 in net margin after income taxes.
• In 2021, United Cooperative will be paying out over $8.3 million in cash and $12.6 million in stock.
