Fiscal Year End
United Cooperatives’ fiscal year ends December 31^st, it is extremely important to have your account current by December 31, 2022. If you cannot pay your account in full, you are expected to contact the credit department at 800-924-2991. We will try to work with you but that can only happen if you are proactive and contact us.

Online Bill Pay
United Cooperative offers online bill pay using your checking or savings account. To protect your security, we need your email address on your account to gain access. Contact us at creditdepartment@unitedcooperative.com or call 800-924-2991 for assistance.

Email Statements and Invoices
We hear you! You have let us know that there is a mail delay in receiving invoices through the USPS promptly. While we cannot change this situation, we can sign you up for email statements and invoices. Using this method, you will have your invoice within a few days of delivery. Contact the credit department to take advantage of this opportunity.

Heating Assistance
Your household may qualify for home heat energy assistance. For more information on the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) and how to apply, please call 1-866-HEATWIS (432-8947), or visit the "Where to Apply" tab on www.homeenergyplus.wi.gov to find your local energy assistance agency. You may also apply online at https://energybenefit.wi.gov/.
