COVID-19 Response Plan

Dear United Cooperative Customers,

Spring planting season is upon us, and unfortunately, so is the nation-wide concern about COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This morning we communicated with our employees about our expectations around employee health and safety-related to COVID-19. For you, our member-owners, please know that we remain absolutely committed to helping you get your crop in the ground, market your grain, keep your livestock fed with quality feed and the delivery of propane and refined fuels.

Out of an abundance of caution, these are some of the steps United Cooperative is taking effective through at least April 6, 2020, based on the CDC recommendations to help protect our customers:

  • Avoiding in-person group meetings whenever possible.
  • Restricting business travel internationally and discouraging domestic business travel.
  • Asking employees to self-quarantine for 14 days after taking personal international trips or who may have been exposed to the coronavirus during domestic travel.

For our member-owners, we are flexible in meeting your needs during this time.

  • We will continue to haul feed, agronomy products, deliver propane and refined fuels along with marketing your grain. Offices are open for business but closed to the public until further notice. For further assistance call our dependable staff to meet your needs.
  • Our Cenex convenience stores are still open to the public at this time.
  • We can email, fax, or mail documents to you. We also encourage you to use our customer login page to view, print, and pay invoices.
  • If you were scheduled to have an in-person meeting with a member of the United Cooperative team, we will be happy to set up a teleconference. Just let us know.
  • To insure our employee’s safety and our customers safety we are following CDC guidelines and protocol.

This is an ever-changing situation. Our operational teams are meeting daily to identify any issues that may impact customers and work around those. We remain calm and ready to serve your business. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to call your location or salesperson.
