United Cooperative has an administrative-assistant/billing-clerk position available at our Wilton feed and agronomy location. A wide variety of tasks include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, account billing, and customer service. Ability to multitask, with strong 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills required. Accounts receivable and inventory-pricing experience preferred. The successful candidate will have strong math, communication, and organizational skills, and be available to work additional hours in the fall. EOE
Collections and credit specialist
United Cooperative is currently looking to add a Collections and Credit Specialist to its rapidly growing team located in Beaver Dam. This individual will process credit applications, past-due account collection, and assist in the processing of small-claims actions. Employee must be proficient in the use of a 10-key calculator, Excel, and Word. Prior experience with credit and collections is required. Successful candidate will be extremely organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is mandatory. General feed-mill labor
Seeking general feed-mill labor for our Hartford feed mill. Successful candidate will have good personal math skills, strong customer service abilities, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Individual must be able to handle 100-pound bags (or smaller) on a regular basis; work at elevated heights; climb ladders frequently; possess a class A CDL; and be able to drive truck to other areas of the state, if necessary.
